health screening
at 0800, had our health screening. me, ayu, fern and yaz decided to go last. we had our eyes checked, our blood pressure checked and for ayu and fern, they have to check their backbone. me and yazmin had to checked our blood pressure thrice cause too high. we see each other laugh then cannot take proper reading. then my third was okie la.but not so good. yazmin, had to take another time cause hers was still high. but after a 15 min rest, she took again and it was fine. ayu and fern had to go for check up for their backbone.

fern and ayu kena backbone problem.

all four best friends got problem. aiyoyo. hahax. but these are just precautions. its not really going to get worst right?

well, i dont know. during the holidays must go outside check up at dont know where..
